Every good house has rules. Ours aren’t about killing the vibe — they’re here so everyone can train hard, stay safe, and enjoy being on the mats together. Read them, live them, and we’ll all have a good time.

HOUSE LAW

1. Say hello.

2. BE COOL.

3. Shower before training.

4. No bare feet off the mats.

5. No shoes, jewellery or long nails on the mats.

6. Training attire is to be so fresh and so clean clean.

7. Nothing contagious on the mats.

8. If a technique didn’t work, the solution is rarely to apply more force; Let’s work on it after class.

9. If ever unsure, refer to rule 2.
