Adults Jiu Jitsu Classes

No Gi (Adults No Gi Jiu Jitsu)

Fast, practical and built for modern grappling. Our Adults No Gi classes focus on movement, control and applying techniques that actually work. Expect a mix of drilling, positional work and live rounds. Whether you’re just starting out or already training consistently, this is where you sharpen your No Gi game on the Central Coast.

Gi (Adults Gi Jiu Jitsu)

Our Gi classes are all about the details. Grips, pressure, timing — the small adjustments that make a big difference over time. You’ll build patience, control and a deeper understanding of jiu jitsu through structured technique and live training.e levels.

CHARTERED WATERS — Narrow Focus Games Night + Sparring (No Gi – Adults)

A tighter, more focused session built around specific positions and scenarios. We use task-based games to develop timing and awareness, then pressure test it through sparring. Less guesswork, more clarity.


Teens Jiu Jitsu Classes

No Gi (Teens No Gi Grappling) —12-16 Year Olds

Designed to build confidence, coordination and strong foundations in grappling. Teens learn how to move, control positions and train safely through structured drills and guided sparring.

Gi (Teens Gi Jiu Jitsu) —12-16 Year Olds

A more technical class that introduces grips, control and problem-solving through the Gi. Great for developing discipline, focus and attention to detail.


Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes

No Gi (Kids Grappling Classes) — 7-11 Year Olds

High-energy classes focused on movement, balance and basic grappling skills. We keep things fun and structured while helping kids build confidence and body awareness.

Gi (Kids Gi Jiu Jitsu) — 7-11 Year Olds

A playful introduction to traditional jiu jitsu. Through games and guided drills, kids learn core movements, respect and discipline in a supportive environment.


Open Mat (Jiu Jitsu Training – All Levels)

Open Mat is your time on the mats. Drill, roll, test things out or just get rounds in with the crew. Open to all levels and affiliations — just book in and train.

We’re big believers in cross-training — it’s one of the best ways to level up your Jiu Jitsu by training with different people and styles. 

That’s why we keep our weekend schedule open, to get amongst open mats at different gyms, and we’d love for you to join us. 

Just ask us on Friday where we’re heading. 

Two of our favourite spots are Iconic (with Prof Grant and Prof Rach) on a Saturday, and Nura Jiu Jitsu Academy (with Prof Pete) on the alternating Sunday from our Open Mat — both super welcoming gyms with good energy, and often where you’ll find us rolling when we aren’t teaching.
